This detector features a patented warning system that tells you the number of radar and laser sources detected as well as their location. The Valentine One has two radar antennas that make this possible.

The outer case of the Valentine One is made of magnesium that will not allow electrical interference to hinder its performance. On the front of the device is the display that will show you how many radar sources the unit is picking up. On the right are four vertical LEDs that tell you which band of radar is being detected. This unit can pick up L, Ka, K, X and Ku-Band.

You are also provided with the strength of the radar signals, and as the signal grows closer to your vehicle, the LEDs illuminate from left to right until all eight of the LEDs are illuminated. This means that the radar threat is very close.

You get 2 city modes and a highway mode with the Valentine 1 as well as VG-2 Stealth detection and an AutoScan mode that automatically adjusts its sensitivity to X and K band radar, no matter where you're driving. This means the false signals are rejected automatically for you.
